Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, for our hygiene standards I am unable to accept returns. I am also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Services provided are non refundable.
